PURE was founded by Simone Aïda Baur, an award-winning interior designer, Switzerland’s first vegan interior designer and international hospitality expert. PURE was born from a deep understanding of what today’s travellers want and what tomorrow’s hotels need.
Simone has over 15 years experience working in the luxury hotel industry - from Hyatt to Rosewood Hotels in the Caribbean, Middle East, Switzerland and London - as well as reviewing some of the most iconic hotels across the globe, including the Chedi and Ritz Carlton. She brings a rare insider’s perspective to design, service and storytelling.
